My name is Dana Friedlander Oren. I am married to Eyal and mother to Ori. I have been working as an active photographer since 2003, but as a 4th generation to a family of professional photographers documenting Israel since 1926, I grew up in dark rooms, among camera films and photo archives.
My expertise is 360 degrees one frame photography, using a special camera (the only one of its kind in Israel). I have a vast experience in aerial photography from both planes and helicopters, and among my works are projects for the Israeli ministry of Tourism, the Israel’s Government Advertising Agency, the ministry of finance, the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality, the Jewish National Fund and more.
I have published 3 albums so far – Israel 360, Jerusalem 360 and Tel Aviv – Yafo 360. My latest project is a collection of light-box photographic art – photographs set in lighted boxes made from recycled wood. I am very excited about this new direction. The new collection is fully hand-made, in small series, all signed and numbered.
